Walls and brackets
Will my wall hold it?
Yes. Plasterboard, block or brick, we bring fixings rated well above the weight of the TV. Plasterboard gets heavy-duty anchors or we fix into the studs.
Do you bring the bracket?
We can. Fixed, tilt or full motion, matched to your TV and wall. Or use your own, we'll fit it.
What height should my TV be?
Eye level when you're sitting down, usually the centre around 100 to 110cm off the floor. We'll mark it on your photo before we come.
Can you mount above a fireplace?
Yes, chimney breasts are bread and butter. We'll check heat and height and usually suggest a tilt bracket. €29 extra.
Cables and sockets
Can you hide the cables?
In plasterboard, yes, fully inside the wall. On brick or block that means chasing and replastering, so we normally recommend neat painted conduit.
Can you put a socket behind the TV?
Our partner registered electrician does that, quoted separately. We don't do electrical work ourselves.
On the day
How long does it take?
About an hour for one TV. The Royal Finish or several TVs takes longer, we'll tell you up front.
Do I need to be there?
Someone over 18 needs to let us in and agree the position. After that, put the kettle on.
How do I pay?
When it's done and you're happy. Cash, card or bank transfer on the day. No deposit.
Do you take away the packaging and old bracket?
Yes, both go in the van. The floor gets a hoover before we go.
Can you set up Sky, Virgin or a Fire Stick?
Yes. We connect your boxes, tune the TV and make sure the remote works before we leave.
Guarantee and bigger jobs
What if I'm not happy?
Tell us before we leave and we fix it there and then. Workmanship is covered for 12 months.
Do you do commercial jobs?
Pubs, offices, gyms, waiting rooms. Anything over 100 inches or more than a few screens, send details on WhatsApp for a quote.
